Mack, Chester M., 1931-
Chester M. Mack biography was born July 20, 1931, in Glen Lyon, Pennsylvania. He started his U.S. Navy service in 1953, and graduated from the Naval War College in 1967. He commanded of the U.S.S. Lapon (Submarine) from November 1967 to September 1970.
