Finley, Samuel L.
Samuel L. Finley (1868-1943) operated the Finley Mercantile Company and the Second Hand Shop in Flagstaff in 1905. It would later be known as the Switzer General Store on 17 N. San Francisco St. He also served as Mayor of Flagstaff.
