Ackerson, J. L.

J. L. Ackerson was Assistant to the General Manager of the U.S. Shipping Board's Emergency Fleet Corporation from November 6, 1917 to August 10, 1918; Assistant General Manager in direct charge of construction activities from August 10, 1918 to May 1919; Vice President in Charge of Construction from May 1919 to February 1920 and also Vice President of Administration from July 5, 1919 to February 1, 1920.
