Texas. Supreme Court

Jurisdiction to naturalize persons as citizens of the United States extends to state courts having a seal, a clerk, and jurisdiction in law and/or equity in which the amount of controversy is unlimited (U.S.C.A. 8 Sec. 1421). The Texas Supreme Court meets these naturalization jurisdiction requirements and has been used by foreign nationals seeking United States citizenship.
