Tanner, Scott, 1980-
Tanner grew up in California. He served a mission, which he described as "life-changing," for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Mexico. Tanner studied English at Brigham Young University. He was planning to graduate in April 2004 and then to attend law school.
