De Vorsey, Louis.

Louis De Vorsey (Emeritus) continues his research and writing in the area of historical geography. His book Keys to the Encounter: A Library of Congress Resource Guide for the Study of the Age of Discovery, appeared. It is one of the Library of Congress major contributions to the Columbus Quincentenary Year. In the Fall of 1997 the University of North Carolina Press published the third edition of The Southeast in Early Maps, that he has edited.
