Gray, Moses W. (Moses William), 1937-
Moses William Gray was born in Virginia and grew up in Pennsylvania. He attended Indiana University, the University of Michigan, and the General Motors Institute. Gray played professional football and afterwards settled in Indianapolis where he worked for the Allison Transmission Division of G.M. as a tool and die maker and supervisor. As a civic leader, Gray has been affiliated with numerous organizations, including the Wilma Rudolph Foundation, 100 Black Men of America, and organizations advocating for adoptive homes for African American children.
