Toothaker, Frank M.
Frank Morey Toothaker (b. 1891) was born in Tennessee and educated at the University of Southern California and Drew Theological Seminary, Madison, N.J. He went to China in 1918, serving as a Methodist missionary in Nanking, Kuling, Yenping, Shanghai, and Kuliang. In 1923-1924 he managed the Yen Ping Electric LIght and Water Works. After the second revolution in China, he returned to the U.S. and served various pastorates in Arizona and California.
