Rector, Henry M. (Henry Massey), 1816-1899
Born in Kentucky, later moved to Arkansas where he served in the House of Representatives and the Senate as well as a justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court. Served as Governor of Arkansas, 1860-1862 and then joined the army to fight for the Confederacy.
