Gibbs, Josiah F. (Josiah Francis), 1845-
Born in Nauvoo, Illinois, immigrated to Utah, participant in Black Hawk War, filled LDS mission to England, settled in Marysvale. Became dissatisfied with the Church over polygamy and political involvement. Excommunicated in 1907.
