Utah State University. Intermountain Herbarium.

The USU Intermountain Herbarium is a research facility within the Department of Biology (Botany). The collections include a wide variety of plant specimens and research focuses on taxonomy of flora in the Intermountain West. The Herbarium began in March 1932. Bassett Maguire was the first curator and the nucleus of the collection initially came from Marcus M. Jones. Arthur H. Holmgren was the second curator of the collection starting in 1943.
