Louisiana Environmental Action Network
The Louisiana Environmental Action Network (LEAN) was founded to help citizens in developing, implementing, protecting, and enforcing legislative and regulatory environmental standards. LEAN campaigns to decrease pollution and water contamination, give technical assistance to groups preparing for permit hearings, and inform the community of environmental and public health issues.
