Heinrich, Walter, Dr.
Police officer and prison reformer.
Walter Heinrich grew up in Harrington, NJ and became a Tampa police officer in 1949. Mr. Heinrich worked to reform the prison systems in Tampa and was known for his work with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. Mr. Heinrich died in February 2010.
