Andrews, Frank.
Frank Andrews came to Michigan in 1919 from St. Louis, Missouri. He was president of Hillman Village and a member of the County Draft Board. Andrews was on the board of directors of the Michigan Crippled Children's Society. From 1948-1959, Frank was a Republican Michigan State Senator.
