Wadena and Park Rapids Railroad Company.
The Wadena and Park Rapids Railroad Company was incorporated in 1883 in Minnesota for the purpose of building a railway line from Wadena to Park Rapids. The construction work was assigned to A.M. Scott, who assigned the contract to the Great Northern Railway Company. In 1891, all properties were sold to the St. Paul, Minneapolis and Manitoba Railway Company.
