Projet Riel

The Riel Project (1977-1984) was instigated to publish a critical bilingual ed. of all of Riel's writings by 1985, the centennial of his death. Sponsored by the University of Alberta, the University of Calgary, and the University of Sherbrooke, and under the general editorship of G. F. G. Stanley, a five v. ed. was published by the University of Alberta Press in 1985.
