Painter, air brush artist, photographer; Boston, Mass.
Attended the Art Students League in N.Y. and studied under John Twachtman, J. Carroll Beckwith and Willard Metcalf. He was a charter member of the Brooklyn Pen and Pencil Club, and a member of the Boston Art Club. He was a pioneer in the field of air-brush art and published a book on the subject in 1915. He became an instructor at the Scott Carbee School of Art in Boston in 1943.
