Westlake Development Authority (Seattle, Wash.)
Public corporation created to plan and develop the Westlake Project in downtown Seattle, Wash.; chartered Dec. 1977 to develop a mixed-use urban center on a site that had long been considered for redevelopment as a park or public center; dissolved by Mayor Charles Royer July 1986.
