Missionary, educator and president of Latin America Mission; born Clayton Leonard Berg, Jr., on February 16, 1928; educated at Westmont College (BA, 1950), Dallas Theological Seminary (ThM, 1954), and Wheaton College Graduate School (MA Christian Education, 1962); served in Latin America Mission, 1956-1995: teacher and administrator of the Latin America Biblical Seminary (1956-1966), director of LAM's Education Division (1966-1968), director of literature division Editorial Caribe (1968-1976), president (1976-1989), and senior mission associate, 1990-1995.
