Amacher, Anne Ward, 1923-
Amacher, a concerned citizen of Auburn, Alabama, collected material on Auburn's water quality. She was particularly interested in former state representative Charles F. Whatley's controversy with the Alabama Dept. of Environmental Management over Whatley's dairy farms, and with the department's non-point source management program.
