Augustine, Hazel.

Ms Augustine graduated from Smith College School of Social work, and later worked as supervisor of Psychiatric Social Work, Dept. of Psychiatry, Harlem Hospital. She also worked as a consultant in public health social work, New York City Health Dept., supervisor in Psychiatric Work at Larue Carter Memorial Hospital, and as a field instructor of social work at the University of Indiana.
