Brahms, Caryl. critic and novelist, real name Doris Caroline Abrahams, 1901-1982

Caryl Brahms was a writer and critic best known for her collaboration with Ned Sherrin on shows and musicals for the stage, radio and television, including 'That was the week that was'. In her early career she was a noted ballet critic for the Evening Standard and the Daily Telegraph, and contributed regularly to early issues of the journal Dance and Dancers .
