Parkinson, R. (Richard), 1844-1909
Resident of New Guinea for thirty years. Parkinson travelled within New Guinea and wrote a book titled Thirty years in the South Seas, looking at the social life and customs of the Bismarck Archipelago (Papua New Guinea) and the Solomon Islands.
