Tucker, James, 1808?-1888?
Convict and novelist. Tucker was transported to New South Wales in 1827 and worked at Sydney, Campbelltown, Windsor, Emu Plains and Port Macquarie. It is believed that Tucker, using the pseudonym Giacamo di Rosenberg, was the author of "Ralph Rashleigh", and under the pseudonym Otto von Rosenberg, wrote the plays 'Jemmy Green in Australia' and 'The Grahame's vengeance'.
