Yellow Label Club (Worcester, Mass.)
The Yellow Label Club, founded in 1894, was a library and social club of prominent Worcester men. The club purchased and lent books to members and held annual dinners at which addresses were made. Membership was limited to 15, and Clarence Saunders Brigham (1877-1963) was one of the active members. The name of the club derived from the label on the bottle of the members' favorite champagne.
