Briggs Hall (Cambridge, Mass.)

Briggs Hall, named for Radcliffe's second president, LeBaron Russell Briggs, was constructed in 1923 and used as a Radcliffe dormitory. In 1970, Briggs Hall, which had been part of South House, along with 5 other residence halls were combined to create Cabot House, named in honor of Thomas and Virgini Cabot, benefactors of Harvard and Radcliffe.
