Brown, Baxter (Clarence Baxter), 1900-1967.
Born in South Dakota, Dr. Brown moved to Buffalo in 1936, specializing in urology at Buffalo General Hospital. He was Chief of Surgical Services for the 23rd General Hospital, U.S. Army, made up primarily of Buffalo medical personnel; it operated in Italy and France during World War II.
