Winnipeg Transfer Railway Company, Ltd.
Incorporated under the provincial laws of Manitoba (Canada), the company purposed to operate a line in the city of Winnipeg. In 1901, it was combined with the Northern Pacific and Manitoba Railway Company, the Portage and North Western Railway Company, and the Waskada and North Eastern Railway Company, thus forming the Manitoba Railway Company.
