Cervera y Topete, Pascual, 1839-1909
Spanish Admiral Pascual Cervera y Topete was born in 1839 and died in 1909. He commanded the Atlantic Fleet during the Spanish-American War which was blockaded by the U.S. in Santiago. He tried to run the blockade and his fleet was destroyed.
