American College of Bankruptcy (U.S.)
The American College of Bankruptcy (ACB) was founded in 1989. Fellows to the College are selected by the board of regents on the basis of professional, ethical and scholastic excellence in the field of bankruptcy law. The organization consists of bankruptcy lawyers, judges, and scholars. The ABC funds and assists projects related to bankruptcy practice, including consumer bankruptcy, corporate reorganization and international insolvency.
