Barker, Theodore G. (Theodore Gaillard), 1832-
Charleston, South Carolina plantation owner, attorney, and South Carolina state representative. In 1869 T.G. Barker, along with other men who had served in the Confederate army, organized the Carolina Rifle Club, a volunteer police force formed for the protection of white citizens.
