South Plains Music Teachers' Association
The South Plains Music Teachers’ Association organized in Lubbock, Texas, in 1923. Comprised of music teachers in the Lubbock area and led by president and editor Mary Dunn, the association planned musical events and recitals, including an annual Music Festival, at Lubbock High School and other social centers.
