Georgeson, C. C. (Charles Christian), 1851-1931
Charles Christian Georgeson (1851-1931), came to the United States in 1873 and received his doctorate from Michigan State College in 1916. He arrived in Sitka in 1898 as the Special Agent In Charge of Agricultural Experiment Stations (Sitka, Alaska) for the U.S. Deptartment of Agriculture.
