George Snow, his wife, Anna, and their two children, Monte and Crystal, along with George's brother Joe arrived in Juneau, Alaska on April 24, 1887 ; the family's theatrical pursuits took them from Juneau to the Yukon Territory. George and Joe Snow also tried several mining ventures. George and Anna traveled between Juneau and Seattle, returning to Juneau in 1900; they were committed to promoting the efforts of pioneers, Alaska-Yukon Pioneers, and Ladies of the Golden North. In 1910 George and Anna moved to Seattle, while Crystal Snow Jenne spent the rest of her life in Juneau.
