Taylor, Marie, 1904-

Marie Taylor was born in St. Louis in 1904. Her family had a summer house on Lake Ontario where she spent time as a child and developed an interest in collecting stones. She studied painting at Washington University in St. Louis, at the Art Students' League in New York, and with Jerry Farnsworth in Provincetown, Massachusetts.
