Calthorpe, a Tudor lawyer known for this work on copyholders, which was his reading at Furnivall's Inn in 1574. Published as The relation betweene the lord of a mannor and the coppy-holder his tenant in 1635 (STC 4369.5) and again in 1650 (Wing C312).
