Kerr, Joseph, 1765-1837
Joseph Kerr was born in Pa.; moved to Ohio, 1792; was a surveyor, industrialist, farmer, state legislator, and U.S. senator from Ohio, 1814-1815 before moving to Tenn. in 1826; and to La. in 1828.
