Delaware Educational Television Association
Formed to promote the use of educational TV; also supported WHYY, Inc., in its successful campaign to obtain Channel 12, Delaware's VHF station as an educational tv station; later acted as a liason between WHYY and Delawareans in the station's fundraising efforts; also known as DETVA.
