Marston, Morrill W. (Morrill Watson), 1896-1978
Morrill Watson Marston (b. Jan. 30, 1896, Ames, Iowa-d. Oct. 11, 1978, Santa Clara, Calif.), U.S. Army officer, was commissioned in the infantry in 1917 after graduating from university. During the 1920s, he served in the Panama Canal Zone and was an instructor at the Engineer School. During World War II, he was assistant chief of staff for supply with the Hawaiian Department, the Central Pacific Area, and with U.S. Army Forces Pacific Ocean Areas.
