National Industrial Leather Association.

The National Industrial Leather Association was a Philadelphia-based trade association. Founded in 1926, it was the successor to the American Leather Belting Association, which was organized in 1887 and concerned with the manufacture of industrial leather products such as belting, packings, and textile leathers.
