Harvard University. University Committee on Governance
On September 19, 1969, President Pusey, at the request of the Board of Overseers, established the University Committee on Governance to devise ways to improve the governing processes of the University. The membership consisted of student and faculty representatives from the faculties as well as two members of the Board of Overseers, one Fellow, and a Radcliffe College trustee. The committee's reports were sent to the Governing Boards when final; tentative reports were published for review by the larger Harvard community.
