Blue, Victor, 1865-1928
Victor Blue (1865-1928) of South Carolina was a United States naval officer from 1887-1919. He served in the United States, Europe, the Caribbean, Asia, and was a veteran of the Spanish-American War. He retired as a rear admiral.
