Cadwallader, Sidney

John B. Allen was a merchant, rancher, Tucson mayor, and territorial legislator. John Wasson was Surveyor General of Arizona Territory, editor and publisher of the Arizona Citizen newspaper from 1870 to 1875, and a commissioner to the Centennial Exposition in Philadelphia in 1876. Cadwallader was a Wisconsin newspaper publisher.
