Hamlin, Charles S.
Charles Sumner Hamlin (1861–1938) was an American lawyer and politician. He held a number of important political offices, including Assistant Secretary of the Treasury (1893-1897, 1913-1914) and Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board (1914-1916).
