Bragg family.
Richard Bragg, planter and real estate investor, was born 29 Dec. 1825 in New York City and moved to Little Rock from Philadelphia in Feb. 1849. He married Eleanor Berryman in Little Rock in Oct. 1850. His second wife was Emma Greasely, who was the mother of Isabella H. Bragg. Other children of Richard Bragg included Richard Bragg, Jr., T. Guy Bragg, Frederick Bragg, Maria Edwina Bragg, and John W. Bragg. Isabella H. Bragg married Robert N. White and their children included Robert Bragg White and Emma Marguerite White, who married William K. Spilman (d. 1932). In 1927 or 1928 Spilman became director of education for the Synod of Arkansas, Presbyterian Church U.S.
