Kirkpatrick, Charles C. (Charles Cochran), 1907-1988
Charles Cochran Kirkpatrick was born June 20, 1907, in San Angelo, Texas. He received his commission as Ensign in the U.S. Navy in 1931, and advanced to the rank of rear admiral in 1956. He served as Superintendent of the U.S. Naval Academy from 1962 to 1964. Kirkpatrick died on March 12, 1988.
