Cabell, Nathaniel Francis, 1807-1891

Nathaniel Francis Cabell, 1807-1891, of Nelson County, Virginia, published numerous essays on agriculture and Swedenborgianism, edited the Jefferson and Cabell correspondence and the Lee papers, and wrote Cabell family histories. He married Anne Blaws Cocke, daughter of Gen. John Hartwell Cocke, and later married Mary M. Keller. See Alexander Brown, The Cabells and Their Kin (Harrisonburg, Va.: C.J.
