Case Western Reserve University Matthew A. Baxter School of Information and Library Science Dean's Office
The Dean was the primary academic and administrative officer of the School. Responsibilities included planning the budget, leading faculty curriculum development and research programs, representing the school at public functions, serving as liaison with other parts of the University, teaching, student and faculty recruitment.
The Office of the Dean was created in 1903 terminated 6/30/1986 by the University's Board of Trustees.
