Currie, Leonard J. (Leonard James), 1913-
The Leonard and Virginia Currie Collection documents the changes to Chicago's Near West Side neighborhood in the 1960s and 1970s. These include the City of Chicago's Urban Renewal projects, the destruction of most of the Hull-House settlement complex, and the establishment of the University of Illinois at Chicago Circle.
