Pan Motor Company

The Pan Motor Company was incorporated by Samuel C. Pandolfo in January 1917, and began construction of its first factory building in St. Cloud (Minn.) in June. In December 1919 Pandolfo was convicted of mail fraud. Factory production ceased in 1921 or 1922, and the company was placed in receivership in October 1922. After serving time in prison (1923-1926), Pandolfo returned to St. Cloud and began a health food company.
